Quotes are provided following a free site visit and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the work described at visit stage; significant changes on site may affect the final cost.
Payment terms are agreed and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Cancellations made after a site visit but before work starts may be subject to a call-out charge. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and notifying us of any known site hazards ahead of work starting.
